A HOST OF HOLIDAY WINNERS
The Yirribee Pacing Stud stallions Warrawee Needy, Million Dollar Cam, Tintin In America and Renaissance Man have all been to the forefront in the holiday racing period.
Warrawee Needy, the joint world record holder, left three-year-old winners in USA and Canada including Need Ur Opinion (1:54.4) and Need Arocket (1:58.6).
The Little Brown Jug winner Million Dollar Cam was represented by the NSW winners Skedaddle Shannon (1:58.7) and Neville Shannon and the WA victors Our Mista Kalle (1:58.2) and Navajo Outawagga.
Tintin In America, the sire of recently retired USA Horse of the Year Shartin, produced the impressive Westport, New Zealand grass track winner Terrier, while Renaissance Man left a ‘new’ two-year-old winner at Northam (WA) in Patrikiar (1:58.9).

LAZARUS UPDATE
After a wonderful breeding season in North America where Lazarus achieved an “in foal” figure in excess of 80 per cent, his morphology levels fell after travel to Australia.
The change appears to have followed a temperature spike on arrival in Australia.
This year a comprehensive monitoring plan was implemented to monitor the great stallion, post arrival in Australia. It was due to the day-to-day monitoring of his semen collections, Yirribee Stud and Club Menangle knew precisely when his morphology results became sub optimal.
The status of the stallion’s morphology was shared with owners of mares which had been booked to Lazarus in order to keep faith and ensure transparency.
As part of the monitoring plan, a semen sample has been forwarded to Dr Angus McKinnon at Goulburn Valley Equine Hospital daily, following each collection. This ensured a comprehensive understanding of the status of the morphology of his semen.
The current readings show almost a full return to the morphology levels which were attained in North America and documented by the University of Texas.
Despite the late return to acceptable morphology readings, Lazarus has achieved a 47 per cent of “in-foal” in scanned mares. The figure of 47 per cent needs to be understood as including the early negatives whilst the morphology was sub optimal.
The current results are tracking where you would expect, given the return to better morphology levels. Shipments are now being forwarded to New Zealand and Western Australia.
Club Menangle wishes to update the standardbred breeding industry in Australia and New Zealand on the improved results. Should breeders have a fertile mare and would like to have a try with Lazarus before he returns to North America, contact should be made with Yirribee Stud.

New 2YO winner by Warrawee Needy
The world champion Warrawee Needy, whose first Australian crop has made a big impact, was represented by his tenth individual two-year-old winner when the filly Amander emerged successful at Redcliffe recently.
Warrawee Needy, who stands at Yirribee Pacing Stud, Wagga (NSW) and whose book is filling rapidly this season, also a three-year-old winner in Canada in High Flyin Jamie.
Million Dollar Cam, Warrawee Needy’s Little Brown Jug winning studmate, enjoyed great success in the final week of November.
Heading the vanguard was the highly promising Jamieson Steele, who came from near last to win in a career-best 1:52.7 at Melton. The gelding has now won eight races and more than $90,000 in stakes.
Gina Tarantella, who won twice in Queensland by a combined margin of 94 metres, the dual Bathurst victor Enk Spot Shannon and Chubbs (Leeton) were other recent winners sired by Million Dollar Cam.
Renaissance Man, who is standing his first season at Yirribee Stud, sired two winners on the same night in the three-year-old Trittrittbangbang (Geelong) and Catch Me Cougar (Bunbury).

Group success for Warrawee Needy
World champion Warrawee Needy (1:46.8), who stands at Yirribee Pacing Stud, Wagga, was represented by his first Group winner when the two-year-old Warrawee Drinking scored a thrilling last-stride success in the Group 2 $50,000 NSW Breeders Challenge True Blue Series at Menangle.
Warrawee Drinking, who was bred by Yirribee, earned a new speed badge of 1:54 in posting his third win from 14 starts.
Warrawee Needy had three runners in the 10-horse field and they finished first (Warrawee Drinking), third (Menames Needy) and fourth (The Mountain).
Warrawee Needy has sired nine two-year-old winners from 18 starters from his first crop of 47 foals, giving him an amazing 50 percent winners-to-starters strike rate.
Yirribee Pacing Stud provided a double at Wagga with the three-year-old Boston Busker (by Tintin In America) and Spirited (by Million Dollar Cam) winning in 1:57.4 and 1:58.5 respectively.
Million Dollar Cam was also represented by a winner in Canada in Mighty Mouse.

Fear the Dragon tops JUG Yearling Sale
The North America Cup winner Fear The Dragon, whose frozen semen is available ‘down under’ from Yirribee Pacing Stud, Wagga (NSW), stole the show at the recent Ohio Selected Jug Sale.
Fear The Dragon sired the top priced colt, Springbridge Dragn at $120,000 and the leading filly, Dragon Lady, for $85,000. Both are members of his first crop.
Warrawee Needy, the second leading first-season sire in Australia, was represented by the tough Bathurst two-year-old winner Warrawee Drinking, who rated a career-best 1:58.1 in notching his second success.
The gelding was one of two recent Yirribee Stud-bred winners, the other being the three-year-old Eagles And Indians, a runaway winner in 1:54.9 at Wagga.
Renaissance Man, the former Group winning star who is standing at Yirribee Stud this season, left the two-year-old Mister Ridgewell (1:58.6), who posted his second win from only three starts at Pinjarra, and the ‘new’ three-year-old winner Trittrittbangbang (1:57.5, Bendigo).
Renaissance Man has sired 21 winners from 33 starters at an average of $18,600 per starter.
Only In America, a gelding by Shartin’s sire Tintin In America, kept the flag flying for his sire in New Zealand with a thrilling win in a new lifetime mark of 1:57 over 1980 metres at Addington.
The Little Brown Jug winner Million Dollar Cam continues to churn out the winners – in both hemispheres. Kyalla Mini Marg scored at her first appearance at Dubbo on Sunday, while Doc’s Ronhenry won in 1:56.2 in Canada.

The Renaissance continues !
Addington double for Tintin
Former New Zealand 4YO of the Year Tintin In America, who is now standing at Yirribee Pacing Stud, Wagga (NSW), took the siring honours at the final Winter Meeting at Addington Raceway on Sunday (August 30).
The champion son of McArdle led in a winning double with two members of his first crop, Claus and Terrier, the former posting his sixth success and the latter his fourth.
Tintin In America was also represented by the three-year-old filly Smooth Rye, who came from worse than midfield to notch her third win at Pinjarra.
Million Dollar Cam claimed a winning double at the Bathurst midweek meeting with the three-year-old Pat McGarry (1:56.7), who was bred by Yirribee Stud, and Bill Shannon (1:59.7).
Highly promising three-year-old filly Didn’t I, a winner in 1:57.2 at Kimore and now the winner of four of her last five, and Arrived Late (1:59, Summerside Rcaeway, Canada) were other recent winners sired by Million Dollar Cam.
The Renaissance Man two-year-old colt Artful Jack continues to fly the flag for his sire in NSW. The colt scored a runaway success in 1:59.6 at Tamworth to complete a winning hat trick.
Another Yirribee Stud-bred winner was Mach Angelo, who emerged successful for the sixth time at Penrith.

The Renaissance continues !
Renaissance Man, who is standing his first season at Yirribee Pacing Stud, Wagga this year, continues to churn out the winners from his first crops in Western Australia.
The multiple Group 1 winning son of Art Major was represented by a pair of two-year-old winners in Mister Ridgewell, a most impressive winner at Gloucester Park, and Arma Einstein, who won in 1:57.1 at Pinjarra. Medieval Man, a three-year-old gelding, completed a winning double for Renaissance Man at Pinjarra, notching his third win from huis last five starts.
Renaissance Man has left 20 individual winners from 33 starters at an average of $17,600 per starter.
Reigning USA Horse of the Year Shartin became the richest aged female pacer in North America this year when she annexed the $129,000 The Artiscape in 1:48.8 at Tioga Downs, New York. The daughter of Tintin In America has amassed $282,519 from five wins and a second in six starts in 2020 and boasts a lifetime bankroll of $US2.39 million.
Million Dollar Cam was represented by winners in three different countries last week.
Promising mare Getaloadathisgirl led the vanguard with her third win from her last four outings at Albion Park, clocking a career-best 1:56.1. The Yirribee Stud bred Allegretto (Bathurst) and Seeknyoushallfind (Pinjarra) were other Australian winners sired by Million Dollar Cam, while Eastend Eddie (1:55.4) and Doc’s Ronhnery scored at Harrington Raceway, Delaware and Inverness Raceway, Canada respectively.

Another Group Winner by Renaissance Man
Renaissance Man, a multiple Group 1 winner himself and who is standing this season at Yirribee Pacing Stud, Wagga (NSW), was credited with his second Group winner when My Prayer took out the Group 3 $30,000 WASBA 4 and 5YO Mares Classic at Gloucester Park.
My Prayer, who rallied strongly after gaining a late split, earned a new speed badge of 1:56.2 and increased her bankroll to over $100,000 when she eclipsed the best mares in commission in WA.
Renaissance Man was also represented by a second winner from his first crop when Another Snag outfinished his rivals at Gloucester Park three nights earlier.
The Little Brown Jug winner Million Dollar Cam enjoyed another successful week with his progeny in both hemispheres. Itsonlyrocknroll, who was bred by Yirribee Pacing Stud, won in 1:54.6 at Saratoga, New York, while Doc’s Ronhenry, a double winner twice 1:58.6, and Buckshot Austin (1:59.4) both emerged successful in Canada.
On the home front, Million Dollar Cam’s son Isntthatright (1:58.5) and daughter Getaloadathisgirl (1:58.7) scored at Wagga and Redcliffe respectively.
Other Yirribee Stud-sired winners were the three-year-old filly Need Ur Opinion (by Warrawee Needy), who won in 1:52.2 at Woodbine Mohawk Park, Canada, and Liberty Song (by Lombo Pocket Watch), who broke maiden ranks at Globe Derby Park.
A second homebred winner for the week was the three-year-old filly Rolled In Gold, who won for the first time in 1:55.8 at Menangle.

Warrawee Needy top of the Mountain
Riverina youngster The Mountain is proving a great advertisement for the former world champion Warrawee Needy, who is now standing at Yirribee Pacing Stud, Wagga (NSW).
The Yirribee Stud-bred two-year-old gelding notched his third win from just four starts when he soundly trounced his opposition at Leeton last Tuesday (August 4).
Warrawee Needy, who was also represented by the Canadian winner Ajknight (1:58.8) recently, is the second leading first-season sire in Australia with nine individual winners from 14 starters.
Tintin In America’s champion daughter Shartin N captured her third consecutive Lady Liberty at Meadowlands, New Jersey on Saturday (August 8), leading for the last 1000 metres in the $177,100 mare’s feature and stopping the teletimer at 1:48.4. It was her 38th success from 45 starts in America and boosted her earnings to more than $US2.33 million.
Renaissance Man, who has joined the Yirribee stallion roster for the 2020/21 season, was represented by the two-year-old colt Artful Jack, an end to end winner in a career-best 1:57.8 at Newcastle, and the three-year-old colt Apologize, who scored twice at Globe Derby Park by a combined margin of 17 metres.
Not to be outdone, Million Dollar Cam led in winners at Dubbo with the two-year-old filly Southern Millions and at Redcliffe with Sword And Shield, one of three Yirribee Pacing Stud-bred winners for the week.
Snoop Stride, who posted win No. 24 at Albion Park on Friday (August 7) and The Mountain were the other two Yirribee-bred winners.

Renaissance Man's stock on the rise
The progeny of Derby winner Renaissance Man, a newcomer to the Yirribee Pacing Stud sire roster, are firing on all four cylinders recently.
Star three-year-old filly Fifty Five Reborn sat without cover before defeating a strong field at Gloucester Park last Friday (July 31), rating 1:57.3 over 2130 metres with the last 800 in 57.2. It was her eighth lifetime success and took her career earnings beyond the $90,000 mark.
Renaissance Man was also represented by a ‘new’ two-year-old winner in Artful Jack (1:59.2, Newcastle), while the three-year-old Medieval Man won for the fourth time this season at Pinjarra.
Renaissance Man has now sired 19 individual winners from 31 starters and boasts an average of $17,200 per starter!
Whatta Conk, a gelding by Million Dollar Cam, put the exclamation mark on another busy week for his sire when he won in a career-best 1:53.5 at the Menangle midweek meeting. It was his sixth lifetime success.
Plumpton Road (1:59.6, Wagga), Neville Shannon (1:58.6, Tamworth), Getaloadathisgirl (Redcliffe) and at the American pacer Eastend Eddie (1:56.8) were other recent winners sired by Million Dollar Cam.
Warrawee Needy, Australia’s second leading first season sire in 2019/20, was represented by the smart Wagga two-year-old winner Menames Needy (1:58.7) and a pair of Canadian three-year-old winners in Frownie’s Miracle (1:57) and Wine Tyme (1:59.4).
Meanwhile, Tintin In America, the sire of reigning USA Horse of the Year and world champion racemare Shartin, led in the ‘new’ Globe Derby Park three-year-old winner Tinhorn (1:59.9) and the Saratoga, New York victor Kiwi Tintin NZ (1:56.4).

Record-breaking Shartin highlights big week for Yirribee
Tintin In America’s champion daughter Shartin put an exclamation mark on her 2020 campaign when she smashed her own all-age track record in winning the $100,000 Clara Barton Distaff Pace at Plainridge Park, Massachusetts on Sunday (July 25).
Shartin stopped the teletimer in 1:48.2, only 0.2 outside the world record for an aged pacing mare over a five-eighths track which she jointly co-owns. It was her 44th success and increased her stake tally to $2,244,946.
Another New Zealand-bred Tintin In America winner was Kiwi Tintin, who scored in 1:56 at Saratoga Raceway, New York.
World champion Warrawee Needy, a studmate of Tintin In America at Yirribee Pacing Stud, continues to churn out the winners in North America. The two-year-old filly Need To Know (1:52) and three-year-old colt PLD Needy (1:59.2) won at Charlottetown Driving Park and Hippodrome 3R respectively last week.
Million Dollar Cam’s exciting three-year-old daughter Didnt I completed a hat trick and made it five out of eight this season when she led from end-to-end in 1:56.9 at Shepparton, while Jamieson Steele won for the seventh time, clocking 1:55.2 at the same track.
Renaissance Man, who is standing his first season at Yirribee, was represented by another winner from his second Western Australian crop in the three-year-old Sukhovey Windman. Renaissance Man has sired eight individual winners from 27 foals – a creditable 30 percent winners-to-foals ratio.
A pair of Yirribee Pacing Stud bred winners recently were Louth Park Watch (by Lombo Pocket Watch), who saluted in a career-best 1:57.8 at Newcastle, and the two-year-old Eagle Commander (1:58.7, Bathurst).

Renaissance Man, the latest addition to the Yirribee Pacing Stud roster, continues to churn out the winners in Western Australia, where his first crops are racing.
Yo Te Amo Haitch, a four-year-old mare and one of his initial crop, won at Gloucester Park in a career-best 1:57, while the two-year-old Arma Einstein notched his first win at Pinjarra at a 1:58.8 rate.
Tintin In America’s son The Bull Pen NZ led from end to end at Stawell, his third win from seven outings in Australia and his eighth lifetime success.
World champion Warrawee Needy was credited with his ninth individual two-year-old winner from only 47 foals when the filly Cash Queen emerged successful at Bathurst, while Deprived won in 1:53.6 at Northfield Park, Ohio.
Million Dollar Cam was represented by winners in Canada and NSW in Atomic Million Am (1:52.6, Rideau Carleton Raceway) and Neville Shannon (Tamworth), while the Yirribee Pacing Stud bred and owned Nobby’s Clock flew the flag for Lombo Pocket Watch in posting win No. 8 at Wagga.

Wagga Treble for Yirribee Stud
Friday, July 10 was a red-letter night for one of New South Wales’s leading standardbred nurseries, Yirribee Pacing Stud, Wagga.
The farm landed a winning treble with the homebred Warrawee Needy two-year-old colt The Mountain (1:57.1), the unbeaten Tintin In America three-year-old gelding Boston Busker (1:56.2) and the stud bred and owned three-year-old filly Bated Breath (1:58).
Warrawee Needy, the former world champion, was also represented by the brilliant Albion Park juvenile winner Uncle Shank (1:54.8), the winner of two of his three starts, and the Canadian three-year-old victors Need Arocket (1:52.6), High Flyin Jamie and Ajknight.
The Little Brown Jug winner Million Dollar Cam left winners in three different states in the three-year-old filly Didnt I (1:57.6, Bendigo), Sword And Shield (Redcliffe) and the Yirribee Stud bred three-year-old gelding Dollarsign (Newcastle).
Renaissance Man, a newcomer to Yirribee this season, led in the three-year-old winners Medieval Man (Pinjarra) and Apologize (1:58.6, Globe Derby Park) and the four-year-old Another Snag (Bunbury).

Million Dollar Cam's progeny in the money
The lightly raced three-year-old Dollarsign became the latest winner for the harness racing Little Brown Jug champion Million Dollar Cam when he emerged successful in 1:57 at Menangle. The gelding tramped his last 800 in 55.9.
Former NSW three-year-old filly Didnt I won at her second start in Victoria, leading from end to end at Bendigo at a 1:59.7 rate. She has won five races and $40,000 in stakes.
Million Dollar Cam was also represented by the Canadian winners Atomic Million AM (1:53.4) and Vegas Rich (2:00.8).
World champion Warrawee Needy was credited with three-year-old winners in USA and Canada over the weekend. Needless To Say, a gelding, won in 1:56 flat at Pocono Downs, Pennsylvania, while Wine Tyme, a filly, scored in 1:58.6 at Hiawatha Horse Park.
Ourboybart continued the amazing run of Yirribee Pacing Stud's new sire Renaissance Man when he saluted the judge at a 1:55.1 rate at Pinjarra.

Group 1 winner for Renaissance Man
Former pacing standout Renaissance Man, a recent addition to the Yirribee Pacing Stud sire roster, was credited with his first Group 1 winner when the three-year-old Longreach Bay led from end-to-end in the $80,000 Westbred Classic at Gloucester Park.
It was the gelding’s fifth win from only 10 starts and his third in a row.
Renaissance Man was represented by a second winner at Gloucester Park in the four-year-old Another Snag.
Reigning USA Horse of the Year Shartin won a qualifier in 1:51 at Harrah’s Philadelphia and the Tintin In America mare looks to be well in line for all the major mare’s classics.
Tintin In America also left a ‘new’ winner in the three-year-old Smooth Rye at Pinjarra (WA).
Warrawee Needy’s three-year-olds have been firing on all cyclinders in Canada this month. Noch Ten won in 1:52.6 at Woodbine Mohawk Park, while Frownie’s Miracle (1:59.6) and White High Heels also emerged successful.
Million Dollar Cam, who is enjoying a fine season, left winners at Buffalo Raceway, New York in Sur Please (1:58) and Wagga in the three-year-old Olinsky (1:59.2), while the Lombo Pocket Watch gelding Timely Sovereign maintained his recent devastating form with a 1:53.1 triumph at Menangle.

Classic double for Renaissance Man
The Art Major horse Renaissance Man, a new addition to the Yirribee Pacing Stud team, sired the winners of both $20,000 Westsired 3YO classics at Gloucester Park on Friday night (June 12).
Longreach Bay, a three-year-old gelding, led from end to end in a career-best 1:56.1 and has now won four of his nine starts, while Fifty Five Reborn, a filly, was trapped wide early before working to the top and running out the 2130 metres in a new lifetime mark of 1:57.1. It was her sixth success.
Former world champion Warrawee Needy was credited with his eighth individual winner from his first crop when the two-year-old filly Warra Downs saluted on debut in 1:59.3 at Bathurst. Warrawee Needy also produced winners at Dubbo in the two-year-old gelding The Grogfather (1:59.9) and Grand River Raceway, Canada with the three-year-old Fronnie’s Miracle (1:58).
Tintin In America sired fast winners in both hemispheres at the weekend. God’s Spirit NZ won in 1:50.2 at The Meadowlands, New Jersey, while Topsky scored in a career-best 1:55 at Newcastle.

Timely win for Pocket Watch
The barnstorming win of Timely Sovereign in a career-best 1:52.5 at Menangle on Friday night (June 5) gave a further boost to the stocks of the Yirribee Pacing Stud resident stallion Lombo Pocket Watch.
It was the gelding’s 12th success and lifted his bankroll to almost $90,000.
Nobbys Clock, another son of Lombo Pocket Watch, notched his third win from his last four attempts when he scored at Wagga in 1:56.1.
The four-year-old was one of three winners bred by Yirribee Pacing Stud last week. The others were Mach Angelo, a winner in 1:59.5 at Penrith, and Snoop Stride (1:59.5, Parkes).
Million Dollar Cam was represented by two winners in Bill Shannon (1:57.3, Bathurst) and Getaloadathisgirl (Redcliffe).
Warrawee Needy’s first crop daughter Deprived made it two for two since the return to racing in North America, winning in 1:53 at Northfield Park, Ohio on Saturday (June 6).

Yirribee Stud Winners Everywhere
Harness racing progeny of Yirribee Pacing Stud stallions won in three different countries last week.
Tintin In America, the sire of world champion mare Shartin, produced a 'new' three-year-old winner in American Eyre at Invercargill, New Zealand and the talented The Bull Pen NZ, who scored at Stawell in a career-best 1:57.5.

Million Dollar Cam's stock have won $33,000,000
Million Dollar Cam’s stock have won $33 million
The Little Brown Jug winner Million Dollar Cam, who stands at Yirribee Pacing Stud, Wagga (NSW), recently passed the $33 million mark in progeny earnings. The total includes $4 million in Australia.
Million Dollar Cam was represented by three winners in the past week and has left 36 individual winners in Australia this season and more than $500,000 in stakes.
Recent winners by Million Dollar Cam have been the Yirribee Stud bred gelding Sword And Shield, a winner at Redcliffe in 1:58.3, Isntthatright (1:57.6, Wagga) and the Bathurst winner The Girls Have It.
Companion sire Lombo Pocket Watch also weighed in with two important winners last week. The Black Assassin outfinished his rivals at Menangle in 1:54.1 to record his 21st win, while Time Keepa Lombo captured the Riverina Region Championship Consolation at Wagga.
A second Yirribee Stud winner for the week was the three-year-old gelding Immortal Bridge, who notched his first win going 1:57.9 at Wagga.

Middlepage impresses at Gloucester Park
The three-year-old Middlepage is proving a splendid advertisement for the McArdle horse Tintin In America, a grand pacer himself and who now stands at Yirribee Pacing Stud, Wagga (NSW).
Middle Page won his third race from his last five starts when he came from last before soundly trouncing his rivals at Gloucester Park on Sunday night (May 10).
The mile rate of 1:55.9 over 1730 metres was almost four seconds inside his previous best.
Tintin In America was also represented by the recent Bathurst winner Bid For Red (1:56.7) and now left 19 individual winners this season in Australia and New Zealand.
Million Dollar Cam left ‘new’ winners on either side of the country last week in the three-year-old filly Auntie Millie (Bathurst) and the four-year-old Westernhouse (Bunbury).
Nobbys Clock 1:57.6 (by Lombo Pocket Watch) and the three-year-old Kahliadenise Lombo, both bred by Yirribee Pacing Stud, were successful at Wagga and Penrith respectively.

Seventh 2YO winner by Warrawee Needy
Warrawee Drinking, a two-year-old gelding by Warrawee Needy, became his sire’s seventh individual juvenile winner from his first crop when he outfinished older, more experienced rivals at Bathurst. The youngster, who had been placed on four previous occasions, was bred by Yirribee Pacing Stud.
The world champion Warrawee Needy has left seven winners and two placegetters from nine starters from a foal crop of 47.
On the subject of two-year-olds, Adore Me Some More, a filly by Tintin In America, led from end to end in 1:59.4 at Pinjarra, her first race day success. Tintin In America was also represented by Topsky, a winner in 1:58.1 at Newcastle and undefeated in two attempts this season.
The three-year-old filly Fifty Five Reborn is proving a splendid advertisement for new Yirribee Pacing Stud stallion Renaissance Man. The filly led throughout at Gloucester Park, rating 1:58.4 over 2130 metres with the last 800 in a slick 56.2. She has now won five races and more than $60,000 in stakes.
Timely Sovereign, a gelding by Lombo Pocket Watch, notched his eleventh win and his third in the space of a fortnight at Penrith, while the Yirribee bred Romero (by Million Dollar Cam) maintained his unbeaten record in Victoria winning effortlessly in 1:58.6 at Stawell.

Gloucester Park double for Yirribee
Tintin In America and Lombo Pocket Watch, both members of the Yirribee Pacing Stud sire roster, landed winners on the same night at Gloucester Park on April 14.
Middlepage, a three-year-old colt by Tintin In America, completed back-to-back wins with an 11 metre romp, while Lombo Pocket Watch’s son Folsom Prison notched his fifth lifetime success.
Tintin In America was represented by a ‘new’ winner at Newcastle in Topsky and now has a 50 percent winners-to-starters ratio from his Australian crops.
World champion Warrawee Needy was credited with his sixth two-year-old winner in Uncle Shank, a most impressive winner in 1:57.6 at Albion Park. Warrawee Needy is the second leading first crop sire on percentage of winners-to-foals this season.
Our new stallion Renaissance Man left another winner in Ourboybart, an end to end winner in 1:59.2 at Pinjarra and now the winner of five races.
Other stud sired winners included Timely Sovereign (by Lombo Pocket Watch), who won in a career-best 1:56.1 at Menangle, and Romero (by Million Dollar Cam), a winner at Stawell and now unbeaten in two starts in Victoria.
Romero was one of three winners bred by Yirribee Pacing Stud last week. The others were the three-year-old Chasing The Wind, who recorded his fourth win from nine starts at Bathurst, and Offthetopofmyhead, a winner in 1:58.9 at Penrith.

Unbelievable Stats for Warrawee Needy - * 8 Starters for 6 Winners *
Another new two-year-old winner by Warrawee Needy
Warrawee Needy, a former world champion and Canadian 2YO Colt of the Year and who is now at Yirribee Pacing Stud, Wagga (NSW), was represented by his sixth individual two-year-old winner from his first crop when the debutant Uncle Shank was successful at Albion Park on Tuesday (April 14).
Starting from inside the back row, the colt enjoyed the box seat trail behind the leader and, switched down onto the passing lane, sprinted sharply to win by 4.4 metres with something in hand.
The mile rate was 1:57.8 over 1660 metres. He tramped his last 800 in a slick 57.1.
Uncle Shank had previously shown up in several trials at Albion Park recently. He looks a very classy youngster.
Bred by Mark Elmer and trained by Chantal Turpin, Uncle Shank is out of the Presidential Ball mare Presidential Night (2:00.7), the dam of the metropolitan winners Hedges Avenue (1:51.2) and Blue Suede Hooves ((1:56.4).
Already a 1:55 sire in North America, Warrawee Needy has made a spectacular start as a sire in Australia, and has the distinction of siring four sub 2:00 two-year-olds from his initial crop.
In his first season he left 47 foals, and of these he has eight to the races half way through their two-year-old season, and six are winners and two have been placed.

Fourth 2YO winner by Warrawee Needy
Yirribee Pacing Stud’s world champion sire Warrawee Needy was credited with his fourth winner from his first Australian crop when the two-year-old The Mountain emerged successful at only its second start at Wagga.
After settling down near last, the gelding looped the field in the middle stages to race upsides with the leader and then powered away to win by six metres.
The mile rate was 1:58.1 over 1740 metres with the last 800 in a slick 57.6.
Warrawee Needy has sired four winners and three placegetters from seven starters to date. Uncle Shank, a Queensland owned and trained colt by Warrawee Needy, has won twice and been second in 1:55 in three trials at Albion Park recently.
The Mountain, who is owned, trained and driven by Brett Woodhouse, was one of three winners bred by Yirribee Pacing Stud on the day. The two-year-old Eagle Commander (1:59.2) and three-year-old Chasing The Wind (1:57.8) both saluted at Bathurst.
Actually, Yirribee Pacing Stud bred eight individual winners for the week!
They included the Wagga winners King Fisher (1:58.7), Sweet Sangria (1:59.4) and All Good, Hes An Artist (1:59.4, Cranbourne) and the very promising Romero (by Million Dollar Cam), a runaway winner at Stawell in 1:58.7.
Another son of Million Dollar Cam in Camroller notched his 13th win and pushed his earnings over the $70,000 mark with a brilliant win at Albion Park

RENAISSANCE MAN JOINS YIRRIBEE
The Art Major horse Renaissance Man, a Group winner as two, three and four years, and a good percentage sire with his first two crops racing in Western Australia, has joined the stallion strength at Yirribee Pacing Stud, Wagga.
With his oldest stock racing as four-year-olds, the former NSW Sires Stakes 2YO champion and SA Derby winner has left 16 winners from 25 foals and almost half his first two crops have raced.
Renaissance Man was represented by a pair of smart three-year-old winners in WA last weekend in the filly Fifty Five Reborn and the gelding Goodonya Mate.
Fifty Five Reborn outsprinted a handy field at Gloucester Park in a career-best 1:57.4 rate over 2130 metres, and has now won four of her 10 starts for almost $50,000 in stakes.
While Goodonya Mate took full advantage of the passing lane to notch his maiden success at Pinjarra, rating 1:57.4 for 1684 metres.
Warrawee Needy
The world champion Warrawee Needy sired his third winner from seven starters in his first ‘down under’ crop when the two-year-old Warrawee Cruzin led from end to end in the Bathurst Gold Crown Bronze Consolation on Monday.
The gelding, who was making only his third appearance, was the first leg of a winning double for Yirribee Pacing Stud. They also bred the other Gold Crown Bronze Consolation winner, Eagle Commander.
Million Dollar Cam
Another Yirribee bred winner was Dollarbill (by Million Dollar Cam), who posted his 20th win and lifted his stake tally to beyond $100,000 at Redcliffe.
First foals by Lazarus
The first North American bred foals of the NZ champion Lazarus have arrived and are drawing great reviews.
Worldly Beauty 1:49.6 ($1.9 million), a former USA 2YO and 3YO Filly of the Year, dropped a colt foal at Deo Volente Farms in New Jersey.
“This baby is beautifully bred, strong and handsome,” Deo’s farm manager Fidencio Cervantez said.
Other prominent American breeders are glowing in their reports of the first Lazarus foals.
Ken Weed, of Shadowbrook Farm, said:” Our two foals by Lazarus are stunning. They are smart, correct and very athletic. They travel across the field faster than their mothers can keep up!”
Jess Smith, who bred a Lazarus colt from a close relative of Sanabelle Island, stated: “The colt is well conformed with great bone. His head and eye are sharp with a regal bearing.”

The Group 1 $100,000 WA Sales Classic Final for two-year-old fillies, run at Gloucester Park, was a triumph for our leading stallion TINTIN IN AMERICA as the sire of the quinella pair, Lady Jadore and Adore Me Some More. Lady Jadore, who rated a career-best 1:57.1, is unbeaten in three attempts so far. TINTIN IN AMERICA is the current leading two-year-old sire in Australia on stake earnings.
Yirribee Pacing Stud sires produced a winning double at Wagga and Bathurst recently.

FIRST 'DOWN UNDER' WINNERS FOR WARRAWEE NEEDY CA

Warrawee Needy (1:46.8), the former world champion and Canadian 2YO Colt of the Year who is now standing stud in New South Wales, Australia, was represented by his first Australian winner when the two-year-old filly Rockindownunder emerged successful at Bathurst (NSW) on Monday afternoon (March 2).
Coming from second last and racing wide throughout, the filly clocked a 1:59.5 mile rate over 1730 metres.
Thirty minutes later Warrawee Needy produced his second winner in the two-year-old gelding The Grogfather, an end-to-end winner in a 1:58 mile rate.
A first foal, Rockindownunder was purchased for a modest $17,500 at last year’s Australian Pacing Gold yearling sale in Sydney.
She is out of the Rocknroll Hanover mare Rockin Lu Lu, an unraced half-sister to eight winners including the NSW and USA winner Saint William 1:51.2 ($798,759) and the NSW Breeders Challenge 2YO Final winner and former national juvenile mile record holder No Ah Saint 1:54.3 ($232,035).
A graduate of the 2019 Bathurst Gold Crown Yearling Sale, The Grogfather is out of the six-win Rustler Hanover mare Satellite Star, the dam of earlier winners in Imthevillagestar 1:51.9 ($111,275), Star Play (1:55.2) and Sputnik (1:56.3).
Warrawee Needy had 47 foals in his first crop and already five have raced for two winners and a placegetter.

TINTIN IN AMERICA'S STOCK ARE FLYING
Our champion sire TINTIN IN AMERICA had a red-letter week with winners in North America, New Zealand and Australia.
In America, TINTIN IN AMERICA’s bonny daughter Shartin NZ, the Aged Pacing Mare of the Year in 2018 and 2019, indicated she was on song for another successful campaign by winning a qualifying trial in 1:51.4 at Dover Downs, Delaware.
Lady Jadore, a two-year-old filly by TINTIN IN AMERICA, was a most impressive winner on debut in a heat of the WA 2YO Sales Classic at Gloucester Park, leading throughout in a 2:00 mile rate with the last 800 in 57.4.
Other recent TINTIN IN AMERICA winners were Andrew Jay (1:57.7, Redcliffe) and Claus, who completed a hat trick at Ashburton, NZ.
CARIBBEAN BLASTER took the siring honours at Parkes on Sunday with a winning double with the three-year-old The Handsome One and Caribbean Jack (1:58.5).
CARIBBEAN BLASTER was also represented by Onahi Delight (1:57.1, Newcastle), Caruba (Collie, WA) and Flame Blaster (Broken Hill), all members of his first crop of four-year-olds which has produced 36 starters and 20 winners from 70 foals.

Lutzys Dream, a three-year-old gelding by CARIBBEAN BLASTER, won for the second time at Bathurst, while Dollarbill (by MILLION DOLLAR CAM) won his 18th lifetime race at Redcliffe.
In America, the Yirribee Stud bred Its Only Rocknroll (by MILLION DOLLAR CAM) won in 1:52.6 at Pocono Downs, Pennsylvania to lift his stakemoney beyond the $400,000 mark.
Other recent Yirribee-sired winners have been Navajo Outawagga (by MILLION DOLLAR CAM), who notched her first win at Albany, and Time Keepa Lombo (by LOMBO POCKET WATCH), who scored in 1:55.8 at Wagga.

Bathurst double for Yirribee
Yirribee Pacing Stud had a red-letter day at Bathurst on Sunday when they bred a pair of three-year-old winners in Pat McGarry (by MILLION DOLLAR CAM) and Lutzys Dream (by CARIBBEAN BLASTER). Pat McGarry, who posted a career-best 1:56.7, won his third race from only seven starts.
Yirribee Stud bred five individual winners for the week. Other stud-bred winners were Hes An Artist (Melton), Mach Angelo (1:55.5, Penrith) and the trotter The Summercat (Horsham).
TINTIN IN AMERICA left winners in two different States and New Zealand. They included the two-filly-old filly Lady Jadore, who won on debut in 1:58.7 at Gloucester Park, Andrew Jay (2:00, Redcliffe) and Claus (Rangiora, NZ).
MILLION DOLLAR CAM was represented by Chubbs, who took out the NSW Reward Series Final at Allbury, and Pat McGarry (Bathurst), while CARIBBEAN BLASTER led in a pair of three-year-old winners in Kalypso King, who won an Evolution Series heat in 1:59.1 at Parkes, and Lutzys Dream (Bathurst).

Yonkers double
The Yirribee Pacing Stud resident stallions TINTIN IN AMERICA and MILLION DOLLAR CAM both led in winners at Yonkers, New York on Friday night (January 24).
TINTIN IN AMERICA was represented by the five-year-old Titanium, who won a $US14,500 race in 1:55.8, while MILLION DOLLAR CAM’s six-year-old daughter Million Dollar Gem, who was bred by Yirribee, took out a $US22,000 event in 1:54.2.
On the same night Yirribee landed a double at Leeton with the homebred and owned Nobbys Clock (by LOMBO POCKET WATCH) and Chubbs (by MILLION DOLLAR CAM).
A further pair of Yirribee Stud bred winners recently were Mach Angelo (Bankstown) and A True Sensation (Parkes).
To complete a busy week, TINTIN IN AMERICA’s three-year-old son Wotdidusaaay notched his third win and posted a career-best 1:56.1 at Melton.

Former champion pacer LENNYTHESHARK has served more than 50 mares in his first season at Yirribee Pacing Stud, Wagga.
Among the mares he served were Rarified Air USA (dam of Our Millionaire), Eyes Of Courage (dam of Ameretto), The Heat Is On (1/2 sister to Im Smouldering), Earth Angel (1:54.7 and $80,000) and Seaside Beauty (1:55 daughter of Beauty Secret).
MILLION DOLLAR CAM, who is enjoying a breakout season, left winners in Victoria, NSWC and Queensland last week. They included the 1:54.4 Melton winner Jamieson Steele, promising three-year-old filly Didnt I (1:57, Bathurst), the Yirribee Stud bred and raised Sword And Shield (1:59, Redcliffe) and Seddon Dollar (Newcastle).
TINTIN IN AMERICA, the sire of USA Female Pacer of the Year Shartin, sired a brace of winners in Andrew Jay, a 1:57.6 winner at Redcliffe, and Cavalry Call (Busselton, WA).

SHARTIN NAMED USA MARE OF THE YEAR
TINTIN IN AMERICA’s leading daughter Shartin was an almost unanimous choice for the 2019 Older Female Pacer of the Year award in North America.
The six-year-old earned a whopping $982,177 from 15 wins and three seconds in 189 starts and took a mile mark of 1:46.8 at The Meadowlands. Among her major successes were the $402,600 Pine Chip Matchmaker Series Final, $247,500 Roses Are Red, $183,500 Lady Liberty and the $179,550 Golden Girls.
TINTIN IN AMERICA was also represented by the Redcliffe winner Andrew Jay (his 7th win) and the Rangiora, New Zealand winner Claus (1:59.1).
MILLION DOLLAR CAM’s brilliant son Our Millionaire extended his current winning sequence to six with a decisive win in the Group 3 $30,000 Metropolitan Pace Final at Melton. Working to the front from the outside gate, the four-year-old entire carved out his last 800 in 55.4 and final 400 in 26.8 for an overall mile rating of 1:55.3 for 2240 metres.
Our Millionaire, who has won 10 of his 19 lifetime starts, was one of five winners bred by Yirribee Pacing Stud over the holiday period.
Other Yirribee bred winners were Weona Blaster (by CARIBBEAN BLASTER) at Temora, Levi Jimmy (by MILLION DOLLAR CAM) Launceston, Feeling The Love (Albury) and the trotter The Girls Gotflair (St Arnaud).

MILLION DOLLAR GEM WINS IN AMERICA
MILLION DOLLAR CAM’s star daughter Million Dollar Gem, who was bred and raised by Yirribee Pacing Stud, won her first race at Yonkers, New York last Thursday night (December 12).
Starting from the No 6 gate, the six-year-old mare led and dictated terms from the outset to win by three lengths in 1:55.8. The victory boosted her lifetime earnings to more than $US90,000.
Another daughter of MILLION DOLLAR CAM, Cams Pearl, notched her second win at Wagga on Saturday night (December 14), rating a career-best 1:58.3 over 1740 metres.
CARIBBEAN BLASTER was represented by another new winner in the three-year-old colt The Handsome One, who posted his maiden success at Canberra on Sunday night (December 15).
Meanwhile, LOMBO POCKET WATCH left a very impressive winner at Narrogin (WA) in Arie, who scored a runaway win in restricted company.

OUR MILLIONAIRE IN THE MONEY
Talented Million Dollar Cam four-year-old Our Millionaire was the unanimous choice for Yirribee Pacing Stud’s Horse of the Month for October.
The entire effortlessly won the heat and final of the Alan Mance Group Series at Geelong and Melton including a 1:55.4 success in the final.
Our Millionaire was one of five winners bred by Yirribee Pacing Stud during the week. Other Yirribee-bred winners included Hard To Love (Young) and Taylors Mill (1:58.2, Bathurst).
Million Dollar Cam took the siring honours at Bathurst with a winning double with Taylors Mill and Kyle Shannon (1:59.2). He was also represented by the Marburg, Queensland winner Dollarbill (2:00).
Tintin In America’s bonny daughter Shartin NZ led and finished a brave second in 1:49.6 in the $US300,000 Breeders Crown Mare Pace at Woodbine Mohawk Park, Canada. Shartin NZ took her stake earnings to beyond the $2 million mark!

Gods Spirit led throughout in 1:52.1 over the flying mile at Menangle on Saturday night with the last two quarters in 26.8 and 27.4. The gelding has won seven of his 16 starts to date and more than $60,000 in stakes.

Million Dollar Cam has sired 88 winners for progeny earnings of $3.5 million, a creditable average of $26,000 per starter.
The brilliantly fast Warrawee Needy has made a flying start with his first crop of two-year-olds in Canada this year. From 55 foals, he has 17 starters and seven winners with four in 1:57 and five in 2:00.

SHARTIN NEARS 2 MILLION
Despite going down narrowly in the $US87,000 Allerage Farms Pace at The Red Mile, TINTIN IN AMERICA’s champion daughter Shartin NZ is still the richest and fastest female in North America this year.
She has a record of 1:46.8 and has earned $US848,177. She boasts lifetime earnings of $US1,977,30.
TINTIN IN AMERICA was represented by a new winner in the four-year-old Onesmartfella, who notched his first success at only his second start at Invercargill, New Zealand.
The LOMBO POCKET WATCH gelding Montenero came from near last to post his fourth win at Cranbourne on Sunday night (October 6).
POCKET WATCH WINNERS EVERYWHERE
Former 2YO and 3YO of the Year Lombo Pocket Watch, who is part of the select Yirribee Pacing Stud roster, has made a solid start to the new season.
Lombo Pocket Watch sired a winning double at Wagga on Saturday night (September 7) with the Yirribee Stud owned Mighty Moke Lombo (1:56.2) and The Clock Winder. The champion grey was also represented by the runaway Yarra Valley victor Montenero (1:59.2) and the Cowra winner Watchoutnexttime.
Million Dollar Cam, whose stock has been firing on all cylinders recently, took the siring honours at Bathurst with a winning double – Bill Shannon (1:58.6) and Enk Spot Shannon (1:58.9). He also left the Wagga winner Wongalea Charli.
Hudsen and Mad Robber, a pair of pacers bred by Yirribee Pacing Stud, won on either side of the country last week. Hudsen made it seven out of 12 with his career-best 1:58 effort at Ballarat, while Mad Robber posted win No 14 at Gloucester Park on Friday (September 6).
Lombo Pocket Watch and Million Dollar Cam will be joined by champion Australasian bred pacers Lazarus, Lennytheshark, Tintin In America and Caribbean Blaster and the brilliantly performed Americans Warrawee Needy and Fear The Dragon at Yirribee Pacing Stud in the 2019/20 stud season.
EIGHT STAKES WIN FOR SHARTIN
Yirribee Pacing Stud sire Tintin In America’s bonny daughter Shartin NZ cemented her position as the No 1 mare in North America when she led throughout in the $US137,000 Artiscape in 1:49.2 at Tioga Downs, New York.
It was her 13th win from 14 starts this year which includes eighth Stakes successes. She banked $US811,427 in 2019.
Former Canadian 2YO of the Year Warrawee Needy is leaving some smart youngsters in Canada this year. They include the filly Capistrano (1:53.8) and the gelding Noch Ten (1:55).
Million Dollar Cam, the Little Brown Jug champion, left two fast winners in NSW in the three-year-old Kyle Shannon (1:59.5, Bathurst) and Chubbs (1:57.2, Wagga).
Caribbean Blaster sired a ‘new’ three-year-old winner In Caribbean Rocket and has now left 16 individual three-year-old winners to date this season, while Lombo Pocket Watch’s son Mighty Moke Lombo won in a career-best 1:55.7 at Wagga.
A pair of Yirribee Pacing Stud bred winners for the week were the three-year-old Hudsen, who notched his sixth win from 11 starts at Ballarat, and the Tamworth winner For Me.
Tintin In America, Warrawee Needy, Million Dollar Cam, Caribbean Blaster and Lombo Pocket Watch are part of the powerful Yirribee Stud sire roster which also includes Lazarus, Lennytheshark and Fear The Dragon.
TIN TIN IN AMERICA
Shartin N (Tim Tetrick) captured stakes victories to highlight the fabulous harness racing card at Tioga Downs on Sunday (August 18).
In the $137,000 Artiscape open are pace, Shartin N ($2.10) went to the front just before hitting the first quarter in :25.3. She would slow the pace down using a :29.0 second quarter to hit the half in :54.3. Seaswift Joy N (Brian Sears) went first over and put on the pressure as Shartin N led to three-quarters in 1:22.0.
Shartin N, who is trained by Jim King Jr. for owners Rich Poillucci, Jo-Anne Looney-King, and Tim Tetrick LLC., turned for home with a length lead. Seaswift Joy N made one late charge but Shartin N was too strong and won in 1:49.1.
Shartin N is a 6-year-old mare by TIN TIN IN AMERICA. It was her 13th win in 14 starts this season. She now has won 39 times in her career.
MILLION DOLLAR CAM IN THE MONEY
The Little Brown Jug winner Million Dollar Cam, who stands at Yirribee Pacing Stud, Wagga, sired winners in NSW and Queensland this week.
Leading the vanguard was the three-year-old filly Getaloadathisgirl, who captured a heat of the Evolution Series at Young.
Kiss Cam, who was bred by Yirribee, hoisted a new lifetime mark of 1:55.9 winning at Bathurst, and Dollarbill (1:57.4, Redcliffe) were other winners sired by Million Dollar Cam last week.
Million Dollar Cam has progeny earnings of $3.4-million to date at an average of $25,300 per starter.
Another Yirribee Stud bred winner at Young was the four-year-old All Good, who won his second race.
SIX OF THE BEST FOR YIRRIBEE
TINTIN IN AMERICA left winners on both sides of the Tasman in Gods Spirit NZ, an impressive end-to-end winner in 1:52.5 at Menangle, and Ella Jaccka, who notched her fourth win at Gore, New Zealand.
The results of racing along the eastern seaboard this week further cemented Yirribee Pacing Stud’s standing as one of the leading standardbred nurseries in the country.
The Wagga based stud bred no less than six winners for the week – three in NSW, two in Victoria and one in Queensland.
The haul included a winning double at Wagga with Million Dollar Gem (1:58.7, by MILLION DOLLAR CAM) and the three-year-old Nobbys Clock (1:57.6, by LOMBO POCKET WATCH).
Weona Luke (1:54, Menangle), Offthetopofmyhead (1:56.2, Albion Park), the three-year-old Hudsen (Cranbourne) and Racene (Mildura) were other winners bred by Yirribee Pacing Stud.
Besides Nobbys Clock, LOMBO POCKET WATCH also sired the 1:56.5 Bathurst winner Watchoutnexttime and a ‘new’ winner Ifbutzandmaybes (Hobart).
To complete another busy week, the CARIBBEAN BLASTER three-year-old Blaster Ranger posted win No. 7 at Wagga last Friday (August 9).
SHARTIN SETS NEW WORLD RECORD
Tintin In America’s brilliant daughter Shartin hoisted a fresh world record for a female pacer on a mile track of 1:46.8 when she captured the $183,500 Lady Liberty at The Meadowlands on Saturday (August 3).
Sent to the top from the outset, the five-year-old carved out fractions of 26, 27.8, 27.2 and 25.8 in her historic mile.
She won by three lengths.
Shartin has won 12 of her 12 starts this year for $742,927 in stakes. Her lifetime tally stands at $1,872,280.
Tintin In America was also represented by the Echuca winner on Thursday night (August 2), Castafiore.
The YIrribee Pacing Stud bred youngster Chasing The Wind, the winner of the Group 2 NSW Breeders Challenge True Final at its first start, made it two for two at Bathurst on Wednesday (July 31), rating 1:57.9 over 1730 metres.
Yirribee landed a double at Leeton on Tuesday (July 30) with the Million Dollar Cam three-year-old Kyalla Playboy and the homebred four-year-old King Fisher. The latter won again at Wagga on Sunday (August 4) in a career-best 1:56.6.
